Dyerville Bridge, the race staging area is located about 45 miles south of Eureka, Ca on the Avenue of the Giants highway. Driving time from San Francisco or Sacramento is about 5 hours, and from Portland: about eight hours. The staging area is visable from U S 101. On Saturday you may take the Honeydue Exit to the rightfrom north, or left from south, or you may get there from any exit along the highway known as The Avenue of the Giants. The nearest commercial airport is Eureka/Arcata (ACV,) about 60 miles to the north. The Airport is serviced by United Express, with flights to and from San Francisco and Sacramento. Rental cars are available in limited supplythere, though problematic after the late flights. There is NO shuttle service available since the race is held in a rural area in a state park.
